Its Balinese influence comes from founder Nicole’s long-standing connection with Bali and its culture, rather than from a large commercial spa format. Nicole’s path to Spa Suaka brings substantial personal and professional experience to the space. After more than 25 years as a flight attendant, she completed a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in 2017 and operated Summers Spa & Beauty. Following a pause during Covid, she reworked her vision into Spa Suaka, which opened in 2024 after a year spent designing and building the spa room with her husband’s support. Her approach is explicitly pro-age: the emphasis is on healthy skin, confidence, relaxation and wellbeing at every stage of life, rather than trying to reverse ageing.
