Snap Fitness 24/7 Cairns is a gym for members who want flexible access and a broad mix of strength, cardio and functional training equipment. Located at Raintrees Shopping Centre in Manunda, Cairns, the club is open around the clock to members and offers free onsite parking. Its equipment list includes Technogym cardio machines, plate-loaded and pin-loaded strength equipment, ZIVA dumbbells and functional training rigs, along with dedicated deadlift platforms, a full-size boxing bag and an eight-way cable crossover.

There is more here than an open gym floor. Members can take part in group sessions such as HIIT, Functional Fitness, Yoga, Swiss Ball Yoga and Active Ageing Fitness for adults aged 50 and over. The club also has an eight-bed Reformer Pilates studio, with classes built around strength, stretching, breathing, core control, posture and flexibility. Reformer Pilates is included with the Premium membership, while standard membership includes access to the main gym, group classes and the Snap Fitness app. Personal training is also available through the onsite team.

Recovery and convenience are part of the offering, with an infrared sauna, Normatec compression, Hyperice massage guns and rollers, private bathrooms, vending machines and smart cardio screens. Members also receive access to the Snap App, which includes workout and training guides, nutrition information, meal planning resources, exercise demonstrations and virtual classes. Membership provides reciprocal access to Snap Fitness clubs globally through the Snap Access card, although the club advises that Fitness Passport members are not accepted.
