Hemingway’s Brewery is a locally owned, independent craft brewery with waterfront venues across Far North Queensland, including its original brewpub at Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina in Port Douglas and a heritage-listed site at Cairns Wharf. At the Port Douglas brewpub, the experience centres on hand-crafted beers designed for the tropical climate, alongside fresh local produce. In Cairns, the Wharf venue occupies the Cruise Liner Terminal and looks across Trinity Inlet, with indoor seating that gives views towards the brewery and outdoor areas beside the water.

The broader Hemingway’s group also includes a Tap House at Trinity Beach and Sails by Hemingway’s on the Cairns Esplanade. Sails takes a different approach as a wine and cocktail bar, pairing its drinks with light, refined fare in an informal waterfront setting. The site describes it as suitable for casual catch-ups, laid-back lunches and sunset drinks, while the Trinity Beach Tap House is positioned as a family-friendly place for locals and visitors to relax with craft beer and the Cairns menu.
